Had a dozen jpg files that my Father downloaded on his desktop that I could not get rid of till I read this article.

It deleted that annoying file right off of my desktop with easy! Its MY pc and I am the ONLY user - I SHOULD be able to do whatever I want - and IF I mess something up --- too bad - my Browse to the location of the company file. The folder you choose must be in a location that allows libraries (in the root or inside another library).
