Solved. Issue got solved after removing the entries HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\FormRegions and by restarting Outlook. If I delete the registry leys mentioned the problem goes way until the PC is rebooted. I've tried reinstalling Outlook and Lync to no success.
