When I tried to configure Apache and PHP (Step 4), I followed the directions and got this error message in the Command window which I am running as administrator. The issue is with the FCGI module that have to be configured in the apache configuration file httpd.conf. check over here You have not mentioned where did you download Apache HTTPD from + what PHP version do you have.
