Freenas Error No Boot Loader

There's no secondary drive to boot from. eg. Although it booted the first time using the two disks in a mirror, the very next reboot fails. From the manual: NOTE: at this time, the installer does not check the size of the install media before attempting an installation.
The boot menu displayed when the system starts has a choice to disable ACPI. Bad news is I have no idea why; the 16g drive mounts just fine on FreeBSD 9.3, and of course it mounted during the installer. That is the partition with the glabel that appears to be used for identification in the zpool. The fact that you got to boot2 should indicate the BIOS is able to access your DOM, but boot2 doesn't know which device it is. How are you flashing the iso to your usb (and with which OS)?
I was able to put 9.3 onto an older 8 gig flash drive I had. Perhaps the downloaded ISO file is corrupt.
